What status should the shipment be in when I send it to you?
We support shipments in any status, as long as each box has the correct FBA ID. We recommend marking shipments as "Shipped" and selecting LTL/FTL with a non-Amazon PCP shipper.
Why are my FBA cartons being checked in at Pattern and received at Amazon in smaller, frequent quantities?
Cartons may be split across pallets to optimize efficiency during shipment.
Does Pattern Middle Mile use live unloads at Amazon?
Yes, we use live unloads whenever possible to speed up Amazon’s receiving process, though it may delay FBA status updates.
Why are there issues with my carton labels not being scanned properly?
Ensure all FBA carton labels are applied before delivery to Pattern. Missing or unscannable labels could result in returns at the sender’s expense.
How does Middle Mile at Pattern handle damage or loss during transit?
- Inbound Shipments to Pattern: If Pattern didn’t arrange the freight, we report damages so you can file a claim with your carrier.
- Outbound Shipments from Pattern to Amazon: Pattern is responsible for filing damage claims for shipments sent from our warehouse to Amazon.
