Pattern Reimbursements helps brands file claims with Amazon to recover lost revenue. To ensure we can manage this process efficiently and accurately, we require specific information from your team. This article explains what data and access we collect and why each piece is necessary.


What information do I need to provide to set up Pattern Reimbursements?

When you log into Marketplace Prep as an authorized user, you’ll be asked to provide the following:

 

Digital signature

  • Used to add to outbound packslips for any related shipments.

Brand logo

  • Ensures your branding is consistent on outbound packslips.

Screenshot of Brand Registry details

  • Required to file cases with Amazon and confirm brand ownership.

Manufacturing price details

  • Helps us verify reimbursements and ensure Amazon does not underpay.

  • Allows us to prioritize the highest-value cases for your brand.

Optional: Cases to exclude

  • You can indicate any specific cases that you do not want included in the reimbursement process.
