Feature: Marketplace Prep on Hub — Reports
We’re pleased to announce that you now have access to two powerful reports inside Hub:
Returns Report: Track return outcomes at the unit level, make virtual inventory adjustments, and monitor how returns are processed at Pattern.
On-Hand Inventory in Storage Report: View a snapshot of all inventory stored across Pattern’s warehouses—filter by product master ID, brand, region, total quantity on hand, and more.
You can generate these reports instantly, or schedule them to run automatically and send directly to your selected recipients.
How to Create a Report
Log in to Hub.
Navigate to the Reports section via the left-side panel.
Select the report type you want (Returns or On-Hand Inventory).
Apply any desired filters (date range, brand, region, etc.).
Click Run Report → review the data and then click Download if you want a local copy.
How to Schedule Automatic Reports
In the Reports section, click Schedule Report.

Choose:
The report type
Frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
Time of day you’d like it sent
Add one or more email recipients.
Optionally, include a description (e.g., “Monthly inventory snapshot for Q4”).
Click Save Schedule → your report will now be delivered automatically to the people you’ve specified.
Best Practices
Review and update your recipient list regularly to ensure the right team sees the report.
Use filters to keep reports focused and actionable.
Check Manage Schedules in Hub to edit or delete scheduled reports anytime.
