Q: How am I charged for shipments?
A: Charges are calculated per cubic foot after volume verification at our warehouse. Hazmat and oversized cartons incur additional surcharges.

Q: How is payment processed?
A: Payment is charged weekly to your credit card on file after shipments leave our facility. Temporary holds may appear for verification purposes.

Q: Can I see cost breakdowns by Merchant ID?
A: Yes. Detailed cost reports for each linked Seller Central account are available in the Middle Mile Hub.

Q: Can I use multiple payment methods?
A: Currently, only one payment method is supported per Middle Mile account.

Q: When does Pattern Middle Mile charge my payment method for shipments?
A: Pattern Middle Mile processes payments once weekly, on Mondays for any Middle Mile cartons that have been processed and shipped out of our warehouse. You’ll only be charged once we’ve completed our job and your goods are on the way to FBA.


Consolidated Charges

Q: How are charges handled if I have multiple Amazon Seller Central accounts linked to my Middle Mile account?
A: All charges will be grouped together as a single consolidated charge rather than billed separately for each Seller Central account.


Charge Breakdown

Q: Can I see the costs associated with each individual Seller Central account?
A: Yes, even with consolidated billing, we provide detailed reports showing charges per individual Merchant ID (or Seller Central account).

Q: How will I be able to track expenses by Merchant ID?
A: The charge breakdown data is accessible directly within the Middle Mile Hub platform for easier expense tracking by Merchant ID.


Multiple Storefronts

Q: If I link multiple stores to Middle Mile, is billing done separately per Merchant ID?
A: Charges for any Middle Mile account with multiple Amazon Seller Central accounts linked are consolidated into a single bill. However, we provide a detailed breakdown of charges by Merchant ID, which is accessible in the Middle Mile Hub for easy tracking.

Q: Can a different payment method be added for each storefront?
A: Pattern supports only one payment method per Middle Mile account. If separate payment methods are required, different accounts may need to be created for each storefront.
